Orders 
Turnaround
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours but may take up to 5 business days to ship.

Carriers
Products are shipped using USPS or UPS.

Shipping Rates
  • Domestic orders incur a flat rate of $4.99 or ships free for orders of $35.00 or more. 
  • Essirium products are currently not shipping international outside of the United States.

Back Orders
  • If an item goes on back order, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock.
  • When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
  • You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Payments
  • All online orders use credit card or PayPal.
  • For check or Money Orders, please email essirium@gmail.com.

Credit Card Charges
  • Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
  • If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded the full amount of the order you placed.

Exchanges
How To Exchange or Return an Item
  • Return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. 
  • Shipping and handling paid on an order are not refunded.
  • If item is in brand new condition, you may exchange the item for another product.
